Enhance your skills, increase your impact and take your research to the next level at the RES Hub.
From 2 October to 9 November, RES Hub will be bringing you events, workshops, panels and drop-ins at the LX.lab, with the aim of making research support easier than ever for you to access.
Supporting your research
Across six weeks, RES Hub will offer events for everyone at UTS, from new staff and HDR students, to early career researchers and our leading academics.
RES Hub will bring together expertise and support services from the Library, Graduate Research School, the Research and Innovation Office, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), the eResearch team and more.
Events will cover major funding opportunities, how to use new technologies, systems and tools, grant writing, integrity and ethics, building your profile, and tips and tricks for more effective research.
All this in addition to the LX.lab’s regular program of workshops, talks, demos and drop-in services.
Where is RES Hub?
RES Hub will be hosted at the LX.lab on Level 4 of Building 6, just across the courtyard from Universal Cafeteria (DAB café). If you’re coming from the main UTS Tower, it’s just on the other side of the footbridge over Harris Street.
You can view a full event schedule for RES Hub here.
Outside of these events, the LX.lab is open to all UTS staff during business hours, make sure you check out their upcoming events and sessions. If you need help with learning technologies, drop-in hours are each weekday 11am-1pm. If possible, please book ahead so to make sure LX.lab team members are available to help you as quickly as possible.
