This half day practical workshop will introduce you to the Learner Experience (LX) Design process, help you start to design a learning solution and communicate that solution. (What is LX Design?).
We will cover:
• Design approaches
• User research
• User interviews
• Persona
• Scenario mapping
• Journey mapping
• Communicating your solution
Please note this workshop is run by an external LX expert and places are strictly limited. This workshop is open to all UTS staff; please book to secure your place. Light refreshments will be provided.
