It’s AV Week at the LX.lab!

Ever had difficulty with the AV technology in a classroom? A video plays with no sound, or a microphone won’t work, or a PowerPoint won’t play properly on the projector? Not sure who to call?

The LX.lab will be hosting a series of sessions to cover all things AV, such as:

  • The different types of touch panels are out there, and how to use them
  • How to request urgent assistance
  • How to book a service, from a recording, to a PowerPoint remote, to a training session
  • What is Zoom?
  • General Q & A

This is a great opportunity to become an expert in getting the most out of the AV technology throughout UTS, to answer any questions you have, and to make suggestions about how you’d like to see the AV technology and support improve.

The AVS Support Team will be setting up the same lectern which is found in classrooms to demonstrate how to quickly get the rooms started up and working. We’ll also be showing the latest designs for new touch screen controls, and getting your ideas and suggestions about what features or layouts you’d like to see.

Check out what we have in the LX.lab for you on our What’s on page.
