The AVS team offers access to a number of resources for learning and teaching staff, which can be easily booked for use.

What to do

Your first step is to head over to the booking system, which you’ll find at av-bookings.itd.uts.edu.au. You’ll need to log in with your staff number and password. Go ahead and fill out all the required fields (marked with an asterisk*). You’ll need your subject number, staff number, and the date, time and location you’ll be using the equipment. Make sure to select Teaching and Learning from the dropdown menu. And if you’re not sure of what you need, or you’d like to supply some extra details, pop them in the Booking notes box.

Available for hire are 5 laptops, 14 PowerPoint remotes, and 21 adaptors. These can be used in almost any teaching space on campus, and can be borrowed for one day at a time, for on-campus use only. Equipment can be borrowed between 8am and 9:30pm during session, and 8am and 5pm during non-session periods.
