Have you ever wondered how modern recruitment techniques, especially at large firms, are changing the types of pressure that our students go through when applying for top jobs? UTS Careers wants to ensure that all staff across UTS have the opportunity to understand the challenges that our students are going through so that we can best support them for their futures as successful UTS Alumni.

Come to the ReadyGrad workshop

You may be interested in this full day workshop hosted by UTS Careers on 5th December.

This is a professional development session run by ReadyGrad, designed to help UTS staff understand the realities facing our students as they apply for Graduate Recruitment Programs. Students enrol generally to become a professional in their chosen field, so many first year and second year subjects embed professional practice within their subject. Professional practice is an important part of the UTS Model of Learning and our learning.futures strategy.
A practice-oriented university education means that students are prepared for a dynamic and changing professional environment, and understanding the recruitment processes involved in entering the workplace is essential. This workshop will assist you in readying your students for this important first step.
